Few days ago i've catch up with my ex- colleague back in LTH Entreprise. There alot of thing we talk about,bla,bla,bla( kids,school,maids, and the last one about diet-slim), Based on her own ideas, she prefered to do her own slimming process by her own diet style.
From the conversation she said she will do it from day 1st until day 3rd she will only drink juice(no rice,no meat,no other at all), On the 4th-5th day she will continue with fruits(only), then 6th day until 7th will be vegetable soup without put any oil cooking(sort of "soup terjun"). The rest of the respective day will be oat and other fibre food. Within 2weeks she managed loss 2kg. But for her own way. you need to be make yourself stick on it(way of diet) otherwise there is no improvement. -APA MACAM?
